Liv McClymont is a vibrant, feminine Director who uses film to push boundaries and inspire change. She thrives on high-concept storytelling that grips audiences while grounding them in authentic, emotional experiences. 

Having been mentored by directing greats like Leanne Pooley, Briar March, Steve Saussey, and Jamie Lawrence, Liv's diverse portfolio includes documentaries, commercials, music videos, and short films.

Her most recent documentary, The Man Outside, has just been picked up by the NZ Herald as a showcase film, and her previous documentary, I Stand For Consent, amassed over 300k views in the first month of its online release. 

Most recently, Liv has received NZOA funding as writer/director for The Sender. This series presents itself as a scandalous teen whodunnit but has an undercurrent discussion about online safety.
